Q. What is your salad dressing of choice?
A. Balsamic Vinaigrette

Q. What is your favorite fast food restaurant?
A. Not really a fast food place, but a comfort food restaurant. Baghdad Cafe in the Castro. Great burgers and fries.

Q. What is your favorite sit-down restaurant?
A. The Kincaid’s seafood restaurant along the Burlingame promenade.

Q. On average how much of a tip do you leave at a restaurant?
A. 15-20%, maybe more if service is exceptional. That is the point of a tip right?

A. Sushi, especially hamachi (yellow tail) and kanpachi (baby yellow tail).

A. I’m sucker of vegetables. But I also like ham and pineapple.

A. Oh god this prickles my craving for kaya, a special jelly made of Malaysian spices, coconut oil and butter. But I’ll settle for avocado spread and butter.

A. Usually a picture from recent travel. It’s Angkor Wat of Cambodia.

A. I used to be ambidexterous until my grandmother hit my left hand with chopsticks to discourage me from writing with my left hand. I write with my right hand but schlep things with my left.
